Lead Complex Care in Chippenham: £18.04 Per Hour

We're hiring a dedicated Complex Care Team Leader in Chippenham, Wiltshire, to support a vibrant young woman with complex clinical needs (including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and learning difficulties).

This unique position blends hands‑on care with vital staff leadership, ensuring outstanding support for a client who loves cycling, swimming, and new adventures!

The Opportunity:

• Pay: £18.04 Per Hour.
• Hours: 48 Hours Per Week (Two 24‑hour shifts: 10:00 – 22:00 + sleep‑in), including weekend work.

What You'll Do:

• Leadership: Motivate and supervise the care team, manage rotas, conduct assessments, and act as the main point of contact for external professionals.
• Support: Provide compassionate, hands‑on complex care, including personal routines (hoists) and medication, helping the client live life to the fullest.

You Must Have:

• Proven experience in Complex Care in a leadership role (Senior / Team Leader / Supervisor, Manager, etc.) and excellent communication skills.
