Job description

A Night Team Leader at SuperCare provides stability and leadership during the night. You'll ensure children are safe, staff feel supported, and any night-time challenges - from aggression to distress - are managed calmly. You'll be the one who keeps things on track when the unexpected happens, giving guidance and reassurance to staff and children alike.

What You'll Do
