Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Northampton
Salary: £30,600 plus £55 per sleep ins
Hours: Eiither 7am-10pm or 8am-11pm, 3 shifts a week on a 3-week rolling rota.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Team Leader to join a new residential home, providing high-quality residential care to children aged 717 with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours.

About the Role

As a Team Leader you'll help create a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of the young residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with day-to-day routines, personal care, and activities
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans and reports
  • Administer medication and ensure all policies are followed
  • Take part in household duties and encourage independence
  • Act as a key worker and provide regular one-to-one support
  • Respond to emergencies and implement safeguarding procedures
  • Work in partnership with families, social workers, and professionals
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare
