• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and ensuring a seamless service.

• Support the Front of House: Step in where needed, whether it's assisting with service, handling customer queries, or ensuring the dining area is always welcoming and well-maintained.
