Overview

Our client is a well established company delivering structural and engineering solutions to a wide range of commercial clients. For their new Guernsey operation, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the establishment and growth of this operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and growth of the Guernsey operation.
• Utilise a civil engineering/structural background with a track record of successfully delivering projects for clients on budget, in time and with impeccable standards of service.
• Apply business development skills and, ideally, knowledge of the Guernsey commercial sector and its current requirements.
• Act as a credible ambassador for the company when presenting to industry stakeholders in key meetings and during the construction process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Civil engineering/structural background with a history of delivering projects to clients on budget and on time.
• Business development skills are essential; knowledge of the Guernsey commercial sector is preferred.
• Experience of the construction industry to credibly represent the company in meetings with industry stakeholders.
