Salary: £14.27 per hour • Working Hours: 12 hour contract - Nights - 20:00 - 08:00

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with all those around you, ensuring family and friends feel welcomed, that healthcare professionals are kept well-informed, and that your Line Manager is kept up to speed with residents\' needs and progress. You will follow guidelines and policies, write up care plans, and work as a team player.

You will lead a team of carers, use the latest care technology to spend more time with service users, and contribute to delivering the highest standard of care that we would want for our own family members to receive.

You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You may have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
