A community care provider in Hull is seeking a passionate Care Team Leader to empower individuals to live fulfilled lives. In this role, you'll provide support, promote health and well-being, and facilitate activities while leading a team dedicated to person-centered care. Ideal candidates should have experience in care and a commitment to respecting dignity and individuality.
We are looking for a Care Team Leader in Hull who cares about making every moment matter for the people we support.
The Team Leader will support the service manager by leading the day to day management of a shift and will work in a proactive, responsive, effective and person-centred way to ensure that the lives of the people you and the team are supporting are enriched and able to be the best they can be.
The team provides practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.
Location: Hull | Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
