We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader to join the Adult Community Mental Health Service (ACMHS) in Ware, South East Hertfordshire.

Our team is based in Ware

You must hold a full valid driving licence and have access to a car to use regularly for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).

The Successful Candidate Will
  • work in collaboration with the Community Mental Health Services Manager and a multidisciplinary leadership team
  • ensure the highest standards of practice and service delivery
  • deliver the services required under the National Service Framework for Mental Health
  • be an experienced mental health clinician
  • have excellent assessment and risk management skills
  • embrace and drive change and innovation
  • be skilled and intuitive communicator with experience of providing leadership
