A community service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated leader to support Operations Managers in delivering high-quality care services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the care sector, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to promoting a person-centred approach. Responsibilities include mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with service specifications. This role requires effective communication at various levels and a passion for professional development.
Responsibilities include providing support to Operations Managers in leading staff teams and promoting their professional development, supporting the Operations Manager in the day to day service delivery as well as the management and development of the service and implement, manage organisational policies, processes and systems to ensure Service User’s needs are met to comply with service specifications.
