Job summary

A hospitality group in the UK is seeking a Team Leader at the Holiday Inn Express Stafford. Hours : 32 hours across 4 days per week (Fixed Term Maternity Cover 12 Months)

  • Providing a warm Atlas welcome to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do.
  • You’ll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously.
  • You’ll be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance so you will need to be nurturing and cool under pressure.
  • You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests, so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important.
