We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive and resilient Team Leader for our specialist, bespoke built Intensive Support Service in Heysham.

You will deliver the service with support from our Unit Business Manager and Registered Service Manager. You will promote and reinforce a culture of responsive, professional, person-centred practice, and Active Support across the service. Relationships will be built based on respect and unconditional positive regard. You will be supported by our Local senior management team, Senior Transforming Care Lead Practitioner and other members of Creative Support's Multi-Disciplinary Complex Care Team and Local Social Services and CCGs.
