KFC – Team Leader, Rugby, Warwickshire

Salary: £14.00 per hour • Type: Permanent • Status: Full-time

Location and role details are subject to change. This is a restaurant leadership position reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM).

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
• Learn essential managerial skills, such as scheduling, team coordination, and effective communication, to lead a motivated and efficient team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt problem-solving and a friendly demeanor.
