The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ 3 in care, have at least two years of experience in a senior role, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills. As a Team Leader at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will be responsible for leading in the care planning process, assisting with smooth transitions for resident discharges, monitoring resident well-being, and ensuring safe systems of work. You will be required to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, two years' experience in a senior position, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
