A local restaurant in London is seeking a full-time team leader to manage and motivate staff in achieving their goals. Responsibilities include organizing tasks, fostering clear communication, and delegating duties effectively. Organising tasks and setting goals. Motivating: inspiring and encouraging team members to achieve their goals. Opening-closing restaurant + Management tasks. Communicating: ensuring clear communication with team members and Management (FOH and BOH). Planning and organizing: Setting goals, organizing tasks, and establishing meeting times. Delegating: assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and talents. Representing: advocating for the team's needs. Caring for the team and recognizing individual and team successes. Coaching: helping team members develop their skills and improve their performance.
