A leading cinema operator in Basingstoke is looking for a Team Leader to support customer assistants and managers, ensuring excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop leadership skills in a dynamic team environment. Key responsibilities include guiding customers, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, along with clear communication and a passion for cinema.
£12.21 for 21 and over, £10 for under 21 years old
Our team leaders support our customer assistants and managers whilst also engaging with our customers and contributing to the overall performance of the cinema.
As the first step into management in our cinema, you will lead by example and help to build a high performing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and grow your passion to deliver a great customer experience.
