Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to manage care delivery in Chesterfield. The role involves leading and supporting a team while ensuring high standards of care for clients, including older individuals and those with disabilities. Applicants should have a relevant Level 3 qualification or be willing to undertake it and possess experience in a care setting. Qualifications

Based: Split hours between Amberley Nursing Home, Calow, Chesterfield and Fisher Close,Grangewood, Chesterfield

Hours: 24 hours per week

Salary: £19,096.07 per annum

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join our teams in Calow, Chesterfield.

As a Team Leader you will be working in collaboration with the Registered Managers, Staff Nurses and Home Support Workers within the nursing care setting. You will be responsible for professionally leading the care and support team during any span of duty, ensuring the provision of a safe, effective and efficient care and support service to older people and people with learning difficulties / disabilities is maintained, which respects their rights and choices and meets their individual needs, inline with CQC Regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

Do you have?
