Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor role within logistics/distribution.
• Strong background in eCommerce or B2C fulfilment operations.

• Intermediate IT skills including Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives.
• Set daily priorities, delegate tasks and monitor team KPIs.
• Support training, onboarding and development of new starters.
• Drive productivity, quality and team cohesion on the floor.
• Oversee picking, packing, returns and outbound workflows.
