The Role :

As a Team Leader you will primarily work within our production lines hand crafting our world-renowned Leather addition you will support in mentoring and motivating our team of Craftspeople to ensure they reach their full potential. We need you to have a keen eye for detail be excited to work within an innovative and fast paced factory environment and open to learning and developing yourself and others. We want you to strive to be an expert within your field and a key contributor at Mulberry.
