You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities across various departments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. It is a varied role with greattrainingand hugescopeto grow. The role willinvolve:

  • Providing administrative support to the EA team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, expenses and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintaining EA team documentation
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives
  • Providing holiday coverage for EAs, ensuring seamless support to leaders and teams during absences
  • Performing various ad hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach to supporting the EA team
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years experience in similar role
  • Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) essential
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Team player essential
