A healthcare organization in Forton is seeking a candidate to provide first contact for service users and visitors. Responsibilities include managing communication, supporting appointments, and maintaining administrative processes. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and IT skills, be organized, and be a team player. Previous NHS experience is desirable but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
Provide first point of contact for service users and visitors through written communication, face‑to‑face and telephone contacts. Maintain confidentiality at all times, using tact, sensitivity and reassurance.
