Job summary

A successful entrepreneurial finance firm in Greater London is seeking a proactive and charming candidate to enhance their collaborative team as an office administrator. This role involves meeting and greeting clients, organising meeting logistics, ensuring supplies are stocked, and assisting with onboarding and events. Ideal candidates have over a year of reception or admin experience and possess strong interpersonal skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months reception/admin experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet high-net-worth clients and guests.
  • Set up meeting rooms and organise refreshments.
  • Ensure kitchen is stocked every morning.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new joiners.
  • Help organise meetings and events.
  • Some diary management and prep reports.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects.

We are seeking a charming, proactive, flexible and driven candidate to join this collaborative team work closely with the EAs to ensure the team and office run smoothly.

Duties
  • Meet & greet HNW clients and guests
  • Set up meeting rooms and organise refreshments
  • Ensure the kitchen is fully stocked every morning
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with onboarding new joiners – desks, equipment, access cards and welcome materials
  • Help with organising meetings and events
  • Some diary management, prepping reports and correspondence
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, including an office move

The successful candidate will be polished, sparky and discreet with excellent people skills, a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach. Someone keen to get involved, roll their sleeves up and really make a difference.
