Overall Job Purpose

To assist the Management Secretariat team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Management Secretariat team.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and record‑keeping.
  • Prepare, format, and update documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Maintain and organise files and folders in SharePoint.
  • Support meeting arrangements, including scheduling, agenda preparation.
  • Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow‑up.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic analysis using Excel.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.
