SEN Teaching Assistant - New Secondary School (Redhill, Surrey)

Salary: 23,000 - 25,000 per annum + Welcome Bonus

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our growing team at our brand-new secondary school in Redhill, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students as we build an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons that meet diverse learning needs.
  • Supporting students' emotional and social development, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Working closely with the SENCO and wider staff team to ensure every student thrives.
We're Looking For:
  • Experience supporting students with SEN in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
  • A patient, caring, and resilient approach to working with young people.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education.
  • A team player who is eager to grow and contribute to a new school community.
