Clarendon Academy is looking for a personable and motivated Teaching Assistant to work as part of our behaviour and inclusion team to provide support to students, starting January 2026 or as soon as possible. As a behaviour support Teaching Assistant, you must be willing to work with students of all abilities and profiles across years 7-11, and be prepared to work flexibly to support students with complex needs, including those requiring SEN and behaviour support. In this role, you will work as part of a dedicated team that includes SLT, teachers, support staff and our SENCO. The role will require you to oversee and support pupils who struggle with behaviour, and who require consistency and kindness. Your role will be based out of the Behaviour Suite, where you will support the Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour in the day-to-day running of the area and by working to identify and remove barriers for students who are often referred there by staff.
