GLF Schools are pleased to be working in partnership with LMP Education to offer a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship with optional Sports Pathway based at Cordwalles Junior School.
Your opportunity
This Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship is designed to enhance your skills in supporting classroom teachers and engaging with children. The course promotes self-belief social inclusion and high self-esteem and plays an integral part in pupils well-being; ensuring pupils thrive in a positive nurturing safe environment. The course plays an active role in supporting the learner to access the curriculum. The Sports Pathway option offers a specialised route for those who are interested in physical education in education.
Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Cordwalles Junior School our cluster includes the following other schools: Springfield Primary School Hammond Junior School Lightwater Village School Pine Ridge Infant School & Lorraine Infant School.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Year 1 is 14171.65. After completing your first year this increases to 18770.40 for 1820-year-olds and 22918.66 for those aged 21 and over.
Hours: 33.5hrs Monday - 8.30am to 4.30pm and Tuesday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm (39 weeks incl. INSET)
