We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across a range of schools we partner with exclusively in Norfolk.

About the Role

As part of our specialist team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including:

  • Alternative Provisions (APs) supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs – focusing on pastoral care, behaviour support, and building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Complex Needs Schools supporting children with a range of additional needs including speech and language difficulties, sensory processing challenges, and motor skill development.
What We’re Looking For
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Resilience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
  • Experience in education, care, or youth work is desirable but not essential
  • A willingness to travel to schools across Norfolk
