As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will deliver clear, instruction‑led support through focused one‑to‑one and small‑group work. You'll help pupils follow routines, stay on task, and develop stronger learning habits using straightforward, goal‑driven strategies. Key Responsibilities as SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Targeted Support: Deliver structured academic assistance and practical interventions.

• Behaviour & Regulation: Apply consistent, firm strategies to build discipline, self‑management, and focus.
