Job description

Monarch Education are currently recruiting qualified Primary Teacher to start in January 2026.

We are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher ideally looking for long‑term work.

We work with a wide variety of Primary Schools in and around the Sandwell area, including West Bromwich, Oldbury, Tipton, Blackheath, Rowley Regis and Tividale. We are extremely busy with requests from our schools with the flexibility of working around your commitments with part‑time and full‑time hours to suit, as well as short‑term and long‑term assignments, with some leading to permanent contracts.

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Right to work in the UK.

Experience teaching in primary schools EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Passionate and dedicated to teaching and learning.

Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS check on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.

Have up‑to‑date safeguarding training; Career Teachers offer FREE online Safeguarding training
Provide a full 10‑year career history and references to cover the last 2 years including current and previous employers.
