Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, ensuring they can access learning and achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with the class teacher to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and differentiated strategies.
• Assist with classroom activities, small group work, and one-to-one interventions.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents/carers, and external professionals.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEND (school-based experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of strategies to support pupils with additional needs.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
