Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools - Market Rasen

Location: Market Rasen and surrounding areas

Salary: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Long-term

About the Role

• Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Provide 1:1 or small group support depending on the needs of the school.
• Assist with classroom organisation, learning resources, and lesson preparation.
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Support pupils' academic, emotional, and social development.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
• A patient, caring, and committed approach to supporting pupils.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude.
• A DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
