Job Description

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join supportive schools in Horley. This role involves working closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and development in a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils in the classroom, individually and in small groups
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
  • Help maintain a positive, engaging learning environment
  • Support pupils with a range of learning needs
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
Requirements
