A recruitment agency is seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support a SEN school in Highweek on a flexible part-time basis. The role requires working with children who present challenging behaviour, providing personalized support, and ensuring safeguarding practices are followed. At GSL Education we are supporting a SEN school in Newton Abbot who are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team on a flexible, part time basis.
Every child has a high level of support, often including one-to-one support andbespoke timetables following thematic learning experiences. A wide range ofpersonalised learning in and out of the classroom is designed to engage thestudent,build resilience and provide the foundation for rapid academic progress.
These roles are tough, the children present very challenging behaviour and you will need to be resilient and committed to this role.
