Long Term Futures are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant London to support KS1 and KS2 pupils in a welcoming primary school in Enfield (EN2). This long-term opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) develop academically, emotionally and socially.

You will join a supportive school team focused on creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment for every pupil.

The Role: Teaching Assistant London (Enfield)

As a Teaching Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of SEND needs
  • Implementing strategies that support behavioural, emotional and social development
  • Assisting in delivering an engaging, structured and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting personalised interventions and educational support plans
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • Working collaboratively with class teachers and the wider SEN team to ensure pupil progress and wellbeing
Requirements
