We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join, and support our well established and successful staff team at Grateley House School.
This role is ideal for those who have a genuine passion for helping children, with a wide range of Special Educational Needs, and also a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in teaching to gain valuable first‑hand experience. The successful candidate will receive full support and training from colleagues and teachers.
Grateley House School is a successful, ‘good’ rated, 38‑week school for young people (age 11-19) with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder and associated conditions. The school is currently made up of 36 students and will be going through an exciting period of growth over the next three years.

Grateley House School is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people and expects the same from its employees. All new staff will be subject to enhanced DBS clearance, identity checks, qualification checks and employment checks to include an exploration of any gaps within employment, two satisfactory references and registration with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
