Minimum £13.69 per hour

Are you a devoted and creative Teaching Assistant who is currently looking for new role in the next academic role?

TeacherActive are looking for qualified or highly experienced Abergavenny and surrounding areas. The successful candidates will need to either have a Teaching Assistant qualification or have at least 6 months experience within a classroom setting. You will need to be flexible from 08:30am 15:45pm and be able to work in both the foundation phase as well as Key Stage 2 / KS2. You will be expected to fully submerge yourself into nursery life becoming a part of the family, ensuring you re creating a home from home environment for your pupils.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or at least 6 months experience within a classroom setting
• Ability to get stuck in with the children creating a fun learning environment for all
• A caring, positive approach to working with young children
• A good knowledge of the Child Protection / Safeguarding procedures
