Job description

The Governors of Ysgol Gymunedol Rhydypennau are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to the position of Key Stage 2 teacher.

Ysgol Rhydypennau is a happy and successful school located in the centre of the village of Bow Street, in north Ceredigion. The school is organised into 8 classes, divided into individual year groups from the Nursery to year 6. As a professional practitioner, you will have a strong knowledge and understanding of the principles of Curriculum for Wales, and the ability to lead on specific areas of the curriculum. The ability and enthusiasm to contribute to extra-curricular activities would be advantageous.

The current post holder teaches in the Year 6 class.

This is an advertisement for a class teacher position at Ysgol Gymunedol Rhydypennau where oral and written fluency in both Welsh and English is essential. The interview panel would like to accept applications through the medium of Welsh only, and we will conduct the interviews through the medium of Welsh.
