What skills and experience we're looking for

Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and prepare engaging, industry‑relevant courses and lessons that bring construction principles to life.
  • Adaptive Teaching: Deliver high‑quality instruction tailored to the specific educational needs of the pupils assigned to you.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Set and mark work completed in school and elsewhere, providing constructive feedback that helps pupils refine their craft.
  • Progress Monitoring: Meticulously assess, record, and report on pupil development and attainment in strict accordance with school policy.
  • Mentoring: Collaborate with pupils and parents to set ambitious, achievable short‑term learning targets that take prior attainment into account.
Requirements

The successful candidate must hold their Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
