  • Inspire and motivate students, sharing a passion for Physical Education and the Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
  • Support the wellbeing and educational needs of young people with SEN.
  • Maintain a relationships-first ethos with an understanding of emotion coaching and the restorative approach.
  • Listen to young people with sensitivity and communicate positively to reach solutions.
  • Actively and proactively anticipate and remove barriers to student success.
  • Know, understand and contribute to the Educational Health Care Plans of the students they work with.
