Job description
Overview

We are seeking to appoint a committed, motivated, and enthusiastic Teacher of Music to join our team from January 2026 or sooner. As a member of our Creative Arts Department, you will be required to teach high quality, engaging Music lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4. This post is ideal for both ECTs and more experienced staff.

Bridgnorth Endowed School is rated GOOD by Ofsted in September 2023 and is located in Bridgnorth. The school has excellent facilities, including its own leisure centre with a 25-metre swimming pool and fitness suite. Bridgnorth Endowed School is part of The 3-18 Education Trust, a multi-academy trust with students aged 3-18.

Safeguarding

The 3-18 Education Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. Responsibilities
  • Teach high quality, engaging Music lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 as part of the Creative Arts Department.
  • Contribute to department planning, delivery and assessment, and participate in school events as appropriate.

  • Committed, motivated, and enthusiastic teacher of Music. Open to ECTs and more experienced staff.
  • Suitable for ECTs.
Contract and Timings
  • Contract Type: Full Time
  • Contract Term: Permanent
  • Pay / Pay Scale: MPS to UPS (Suitable for ECTs)
  • Required: November 2025 or January 2026
