The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented and highly skilled maths team at the beginning of a period of significant change at the school – moving the school from delivering good educational provision to something that is genuinely world class.

The Maths department is a dynamic, supportive, and innovative team of teachers with a proven track record of excellent outcomes. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Teacher of Maths to join our team. If you join us, you will be teaching Mathematics at KS3, KS4, and KS5.

Approximately 0.7FTE of this role is available for teaching of maths. We will accept part time applications to fill this vacancy. Candidates looking for a full time position will be required to teach approximately 0.3FTE of other subjects (predominantly science).

About You

This role requires someone who has a positive disposition, who has attention to detail, who is a rule follower and who is a team player. You will likely be someone who completes work with calm efficiency, who enjoys problem solving and is skilled in manipulating data. You will likely possess excellent ICT, literacy and numeracy skills.
