The Academies offer staff tailored and effective support to meet their professional development needs, ensuring they are provided with opportunities that challenge them at a high level. All staff take ownership of their own learning journey and are given opportunities to reflect on their own practice, as well as supporting others through being members of Teacher Learning Communities.
