About the role
We are seeking a candidate with excellent subject knowledge and a strong record of academic success, who is committed to supporting and inspiring the next generation of scientists. A passion for working with young people and the drive to achieve high standards for all learners are essential. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). ECTs will benefit from our comprehensive two-year support programme, designed to nurture professional growth and development. Our thriving Science department offers a diverse range of courses, including Vocational Applied Science, Forensic & Criminal Investigation, Access to Science, Access to Health Professionals, and Engineering. Many of our staff are also examiners or bring valuable STEM industry experience to their teaching, ensuring our students benefit from both academic expertise and real-world insight.
