About the Role

As a Teacher, you will deliver structured lessons, enforce clear routines, and use a confident, no‑nonsense teaching style to keep pupils focused, disciplined, and progressing. You'll drive learning through direct instruction, firm expectations, and practical strategies that build independence and resilience.

Key Responsibilities as Teacher
  • Structured Teaching: Deliver planned lessons, adapted resources, and targeted interventions.
  • Classroom Leadership: Maintain clear routines, apply behaviour frameworks, and ensure consistent task completion.
  • Behaviour Regulation: Use firm, steady strategies to strengthen self‑control, focus, and discipline.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor academic and behavioural progress and provide clear updates to senior staff.
  • Professional Coordination: Work efficiently with support staff, leaders, and external services to uphold aligned standards.
To Succeed as a Teacher, you will need
  • Experience in teaching, SEN, SEMH, or structured learning environments.
  • A controlled, organised approach with strong presence and direct communication.
  • Confidence leading classes and managing behaviour with clarity and authority.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to act quickly and logically under pressure.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through us.
