Join a small tax team within a leading accountancy practice, based in Preston. The role operates across a Personal Tax client portfolio, offering technically interesting and varied work. We seek an additional team member with Tax experience who enjoys building relationships with diverse clients and supporting team development. Many clients are long-term and highly valued.

We are open to candidates at:

• Personal Tax
• Tax Assistant

This is a newly created position with flexible hours: full and part-time options up to 37 hours per week. After the probation period, a hybrid working option (2-3 days remotely) is available. The firm supports flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

1. Building close relationships with clients and delivering personal tax services as part of a small team

4. Applying your tax technical skills with a range of clients

Candidate profile:

• Hands-on experience in personal tax
• Leadership capabilities are a plus, with potential to manage a small team
