One of the market-leading Tax practices in the City, our client is looking to recruit an additional Tax Associate who has at least 2.5 years’ post-qualified experience (UK qualified) gained within another highly regarded London or top-tier regional Tax practice. This role will work alongside several partners to advise on a wide range of advisory and transactional tax matters for a high profile corporate client base. Alongside the full range of tax advisory work, on the transactional side, work spans M&A (in particular) and related transactions, as well as broader finance, capital markets, funds and real estate transactions. Both the tax team and the wider firm runs a very comprehensive associate training and mentoring programme and there is also senior knowledge lawyer support. The environment is naturally collaborative and associates also forge strong relationships with other teams. The Tax partners are seeking someone with a strong technical tax skillset, an excellent academic background, and an inquisitive, collegiate mindset.
