About the Role

Ideally we would love you to have worked in a restaurant, bar, cafe, shop, or any type of catering or retail business and have a passion for providing a great customer experience and love working with people. Working within the team you will be responsible for giving our customers a great experience each and every time they visit our McDonald’s units. You will also act as host and consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness. Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a McDonald’s environment before, because full training will be provided and you will be given anything you need to excel in your job while helping you grow both personally and professionally.

Our Site Director at Taunton Motorway Service Area on the M5 near Taunton is looking for a Customer Care Team member to join his McDonald’s team.
