We’re looking for a skilled and proactiveTalent Sourcerto join a fast-paced, international recruitment team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for FMCG roles across global markets, particularly within the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking employer that values precision sourcing, market insight, and strategic outreach.

You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates for high-impact roles in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for FMCG roles across international markets (primarily UK and Europe).
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques to build high-quality pipelines.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification interviews.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver relevant talent.
  • Maintain and update ATS and candidate databases.
  • Build talent maps for niche FMCG roles and market segments.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of global FMCG hiring trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide weekly progress reports and insights on sourcing performance and challenges.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3–5 years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally in FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience recruiting for international markets, especially the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under pressure.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
