Talent Partner – Tipped | Shoreditch, London

Now we’re hiring a Talent Partner to join us on that journey. This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll work directly with the co-founder, helping to grow the client book, placing top sales talent into the best SaaS companies, and being mentored every step of the way.

We don’t pay like other recruitment firms. We don’t operate like them either. Expect double the commission rate of a typical agency, a clear pathway to earn £150k–£200k, and the chance to build a company with us rather than just work in one.

What you’ll do
  • Own the full 360 recruitment cycle : business development, client relationships, and candidate delivery
  • Partner with SaaS companies to place sales talent into high-impact roles
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and help shape their career paths
  • Work directly with a co-founder who provides weekly mentorship and hands‑on development
