What you’ll do
  • Supporting the Head Office Learning and Onboarding team with administrative and project tasks
  • Key point of contact for learning and development queries
  • Multiple inbox management
  • Maintaining training records and booking training courses on SuccessFactors Learning
  • Coordinating and organising room bookings while engaging participants and ensuring relevant materials are available
  • Data inputting into learning systems and support compilation of training compliance data
  • Logging and dealing with SuccessFactors enquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with Head Office and International deadlines
  • Ensuring the department provide a quality experience to all colleagues and stakeholders
  • Managing purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintaining the ARIS processes for relevant topics
  • Facilitation of Head Office welcome events and some course delivery
  • Supplier engagement

Contract & Compensation
  • Temporary 10‑month assignment
  • £33,000 per annum (base figure)
