Sources and shortlists candidates through internal mobility and external outreach, engaging colleagues in secondment and progression opportunities. Work with Talent Development and Talent Manager to identify internal talent pools through quarterly meetings. Utilise recruitment tools, talent pools and digital platforms to identify and connect great candidates.
  • Ensure internal colleagues are visible, considered and supported before external talent engagement. Identify ready talent and promote mobility opportunities before going to the external market. Partner with hiring managers and Programme Leads to understand requirements, shape future talent pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
  • Deliver and manage end‑to‑end talent engagement campaigns, from brief all the way through to offer. You’ll lead on engagement of professional, specialist and leadership roles.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify and engage high potential. Champion inclusive hiring, ensuring every advert, post and interaction reflects our brand and values and behaviours. Embeds fair, equitable, and accessible processes throughout every stage of engagement.
  • Ensures all adverts, outreach and candidate touchpoints reflect our EVP and culture. Representing our brand externally at events, networks and webinars, help grow our reputation as a great place to work.
  • Provides guidance, updates and clarity to create smooth, positive experiences. Supports leader upskilling sessions including design and delivery of any tools and resources, working across the Talent Engagement team to maintain our Pulse pages.
  • Use data, dashboards, market insight and feedback to inform sourcing plans. Looks for ways to simplify the process and improve engagement outcomes. Maintains dashboards and trackers to keep programme teams informed, while providing expert advice on recruitment policy and process. Acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects our purpose, values, and inclusive culture.
  • Working closely with our BAU partners ensures we remain compliant and in line with current processes, sharing feedback and working together to enhance candidate experience throughout the process. Looks for ways to simplify the process and improve engagement outcomes.
